Meet Our Summer 2023 Intern Cohort

Abigail Bigley

Picture
Abigail is a Psychology major and Anthropology minor at Davidson College. Abigail loves planning events and wants to use that skill to help fundraise for PFA. They are looking forward to getting to learn the ins and outs of working with a nonprofit and tackling an issue that is important to them.

Ashley Hatley

Picture
Ashley Hatley is a graduate student at Winthrop University in the Master of Social Work Program. As an intern this summer, she is working with Psychology For All and will focus on grant research projects. Upon graduation, Ashley plans to pursue her licensure in social work and devote her time to teens and young adults facing mental health challenges. Outside of being an intern and student, Ashley enjoys playing the cello, reading, knitting, and spending time with her family.

Haley Robinson

I’m Haley Robinson, a rising junior at Washington and Lee University, majoring in Cognitive and Behavioral Science and minoring in Environmental Studies. I am also a swimmer for Washington and Lee and enjoy baking and cooking in my free time. I am excited to get involved with PFA and look forward to advocating for mental health and learning more about PFA as a nonprofit.

Grace Santanna

Grace Santanna is a rising junior at Bucknell University pursuing a major in Psychology and a double minor in Environmental Studies and Italian. She is interning at PFA this summer as their Clinical Services Intern and hopes to learn more about the growing need for mental health care in Charlotte. She plans to go to graduate school for either Psychology or Counseling. She enjoys reading, live music, and traveling in her spare time. She can’t wait to continue the rest of her summer with PFA!
