Potential clients will need to complete the following steps:
Once your application and necessary documentation are received, your application will be reviewed to determine if you meet our qualifications and if your needs can be addressed through our program. If you are accepted into the program, the Clinical Services Committee will work on matching you to a licensed mental health provider with the professional training and skillset to meet your individualized needs. If a licensed clinician is not available at the time of application, you will be placed on a waiting list. All notifications of application and enrollment status will be shared via email, text or phone call. Although we will work diligently to ensure you are connected with the right provider, the enrollment process can take up to a month. If your need is more urgent, please visit our Resource page for a list of organizations that can provide immediate assistance. |
