Ana Galvez - Fundraising Intern

Ana Galvez is a recent graduate from Virginia Tech in which she graduated with her Masters degree in Educational Psychology. She is interning at Psychology for All during her gap year where she aims to deepen her understanding of the impact of psychology outreach programs. Upon completing her gap year, she plans on attending graduate school to pursue a Ph.D. in Health Psychology. During her free time Ana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and trying out new coffee shops.

Marissa Lassell - Marketing Intern

Marissa Lassell completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Davidson College in May 2023 while competing for Davidson as a Division 1 swimmer. With a strong background in mental health advocacy and community engagement, Marissa is spending her post-baccalaureate year gaining practical experience as a foundation for graduate-level training through Shapiro BrainHealth Group, experience working at a private psychological testing organization, Insight Carolinas, and at our nonprofit, Psychology For All. Marissa aspires to specialize in counseling and sport psychology, leveraging her personal, academic, and professional experiences to support diverse populations in achieving mental resilience and peak athletic performance while emphasizing awareness of mental health care and it’s accessibility for all.
