Meet Our 2026
Summer Interns

Swastika Dey

Picture
Swastika Dey is a rising senior at UNC Charlotte pursuing a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about understanding the connection between mental and physical health and hopes to pursue a future career in psychiatry, where she can help provide compassionate and accessible mental health care to diverse populations. As an intern with Psychology For All, Swastika is excited to contribute to the organization’s mission of bridging the mental health divide within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community. She hopes to gain hands-on experience in mental health outreach, advocacy, and connect underserved individuals with valuable mental health resources and support efforts to make mental healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and supportive for all. In her free time, Swastika enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing, the outdoors, exploring new activities and food, and meeting new people. She is thrilled to be a part of Psychology For All and contribute to creating a healthier and more connected community.​


Milani Green

Milani Green is a recent honors graduate of Guilford College with a major in Psychology and minor in Community Studies. She is passionate about community health and well-being through the lenses of community outreach, intervention, and community building. Her academic preparations have provided her with a solid foundation in critical inquiry, understanding human behavior, and ethical decision making. She will be attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to receive her masters degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Community Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, Milani has been involved with several nonprofit organizations and community centers, which has further developed her love for, and understanding of, supporting people at the individual and community-based level. In her free time Milani loves listening to music, collecting polaroids, and spending time with her family and friends. Through this internship she hopes to connect and interact with community members and partners to support different populations by spreading awareness about the importance of mental health and well-being!​

Pippa Miller

Pippa Miller is a rising Junior at Furman University majoring in German on the pre-law track. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections with others as a way to strengthen the greater community. Through this internship with Psychology for All, Pippa hopes to build tangible skills within the nonprofit world, such as reaching out to community members, exploring new ways to advertise services, and analyzing the impact of the services on the community. Outside of academics, Pippa fosters connection through the arts, as a member of Furman's film club, musical theatre club, and improv troupe. Pippa is thrilled to have the opportunity to deepen her nonprofit skills, work with her fellow interns, and support an organization aiming to improve the community.

Blake Randle

Blake Randle is a rising junior at Appalachian State University majoring in Psychology. As a PFA intern, he hopes to gain valuable hands-on experience in the mental health field while developing a deeper understanding of how to support and help others. Through this opportunity, he also looks forward to exploring the areas of psychology and mental health he may want to pursue professionally in the future. Blake is excited to be part of the PFA team and eager to learn from the staff, mentors, and fellow interns around him. Outside of academics, Blake serves as the Philanthropy Chairman for his fraternity, where he recently helped raise over $10,000 to support ALS research and fundraising efforts, a moment that inspired his passion for fundraising and helping others, ultimately leading to his desire to be a part of the PFA program. In his free time, he enjoys playing in a band, watching baseball, and spending time with family and friends.​
